For this episode 008, we are switching up our name!

Instead of the generic "Grassfed Farmacy Podcast", we are now titling it the Keepin' It Real Foods" Podcast!!!

We're excited for this update as we think the name better suits the approach we have to nutrition & health (practical, real & simple!)

In this episode, we focus on meal prep tips and tricks, as well as talk about our experience exploring the wonder cities of Vancouver and Victoria. Nate also touches on when it's realistic to expect physical changes (weight, skin conditions, other medical conditions) after changing up your diet.

As always, if you love what you hear, we could certainly use your quick review or a few words in iTunes!
